Dr. Raghu Naga Prabhakar Kalepu is an academic-cum-management professional with an accomplished educational background. He is a Bachelor of Computer Applications, MBA in Hospital Management (Osmania University), MBA in Marketing Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University and M Phil in Business Administration from Annamalai University. He has obtained a PG Diploma in Planning and Project Management from the University of Hyderabad and Ph D in Management Studies from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has 14 years of experience in Industry and Academics. He has carried out a number of research studies in the health care sector and published a number of scholarly articles in reputed journals and edited volumes. Dr. Srinivas with a Bachelor and Masters from Osmania University obtained Ph D in the area of HRM. He served two leading Indian Universities, a foreign university and a research institute of national importance. He was earlier the administrative head of a major University. He has more than 100 publications in the areas of General Management, Human Resource Management, Public Policy and Rural Development Studies. He successfully guided dozen Ph Ds and held all senior executive positions such as Registrar, Dean, I/c VC in the university system. He has specialized in quality assurance, course design, curriculum development, training and faculty development. He has over four decades of teaching, research and training experience. He was awarded national and international fellowships and visited USA, Canada and Nepal on academic assignments. Currently he is Professor of Human Resource Management and Dean of the Business School.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Andhra University and is pursuing his Fellow program from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has over 15 years of teaching experience. He has been a resource person for various workshops and Faculty Development Programs at IIM, Calcutta and NMIMS, Mumbai. Dr Mohan after doing B Tech from JNTU obtained PGDM from IRMA. He holds a Doctorate in Management in the area of 'Consumer Behavior and Social Marketing' from Osmania University and has experience of over 30 years in the areas of Advertising, Marketing, Communication Interventions, and Project Management. He also brings in his experience of having handled numerous product launches and consultancy assignments for various reputed firms. He is Consultant to World Bank Funded projects. He is Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. He is a certified Investment Advisor from NISM (SEBI). He has his academic credentials from I I M (A).
Professor Narasimham obtained M.Com, MBA, LLB degrees from Osmania University. He is Associate Member of Company Secretaries of India. He worked as General Manager (CLA) of the AP Mineral Development Corporation and as company secretaries of HSW solutions Ltd (Ramky Group). He is visiting faculty at reputed institutions such as institutions of company Secretaries institute of cost and Works Management of India institute of cost. He has a member of publications to his credit. He is currently Professor of Accounting, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management at the ABS.
Dr. Chary, after obtaining his M Sc Statistics degree from Osmania University did M.Phil and Ph D in Statistics with special reference to Applied Stochastic Processes from Osmania University. He also holds PGDCA from AP Productivity Council. He has 20 years of experience in academics, industry, and research in the areas of Quantitative Techniques, Data Mining and Computer Applications. He has published several papers in various national and international journals in the field of Statistics. He is Founder and Director of the Decision Tree Consulting. Dr. Sree Jyothi V is a MBA, M Com and PGDFMC from OU and M Phil. in Management from MKU. She has obtained Ph D degree from the University of Hyderabad. She has 16 years of teaching and research experience. She has earlier worked with a couple of Business schools. She has an impressive publication profile and has membership of several professional organisations like the NHRD, HMA. She has several publications in the areas of General Management and Human Resource Management. She is currently Professor of Marketing and Controller of Examination at the Aurora's Business School .
Dr.V Mohan Kumar is B E Mechanical, MBA and Ph D in Management Science from Osmania University. He has over 34 years of industrial experience in operations, Supply Chain Management and Marketing and over 10 years of academic experience. He is a qualified Lead Assessor of ISO 9001 from Nigel Baner & Associates. He has visited USSR, UK, West Germany, Italy and Bangladesh on business assignments. He did numerous research and consultancy projects and taught taught courses on Sales Effectiveness, Channel Management, Service Marketing. He is currently visiting Professor of Operations Management at ABS.
Dr. Anupama after doing her B A from St Francis College, Hyderabad obtained MBA Marketing and MBA HR and Ph D degrees from Osmania University and PGDPM from the University of Hyderabad. She has around 20 years of experience including 5 years of corporate experience. Her research interests include brand management, corporate communications and end-to-end business solutions. She received many coveted awards. Earlier she worked with HSBC-HDPI, Ahlia Chemicals Kuwait, Shelter Stock Pvt Ltd, etc. She is associated with Engineering Staff college of India and NAARM. She is a Visiting Professor of Marketing at ABS.
Professor Venogopal after obtaining B Com Degree from OU has obtained MBA Finance from Nagpur University. His other credentials include CAIIB, FIII, AIII, NISM(SEBI), Accelerated Leadership Program(IIM-Ahmedabad). He has more than 35 years of experience in insurance, banking, and other financial sector services. He was associated with reputed institituse like Aviva Life Insurance, ICFAI National College, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, United Western Bank etc. He is associated with NISM (SEBI), NSE, BSE, ICFL, NIIT etc. as corporate trainer.He edits a monthly periodical called Finscape. He is Director in Atlas Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. He is also associated with ASCI, BASIX, Narsee Monjee and IIRM. He is Adjuct Professor of Banking and Finance Management with ABS.
Sangeetha holds Post Graduate degrees in Psychology and Industrial Relations and a Ph D in Industrial Psychology. She is recipient of two gold medals for her academic achievements. She is a seasoned professional with expertise in Human Resource Management. She has served the industry and academia for over two decades. She earlier served as Centre Head of Akki InfoTech India, head of Corporate Relations in a couple business schools, and HR Manager of a Pharmaceutical company. She is currently the HR Business Partner of Husys and a Visiting Fellow at the Aurora's Business School. Her areas of interest are OD, Work Psychology, Talent Management and Performance Management.
Kameswari, after obtaining MBA from JNTU has taught in North East Africa for four years. Upon return to India she served in a couple of management colleges prior to joining Aurora's Business School. She is specialized in HR, career guidance and personality development areas. She has 18 years of experience including academic, research and administrative. Pramod Kumar Sravan is a dynamic professional with over II years of experience in installing Network Services and Systems Administration.
